Our mixture of Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and Tae Kwon Do offers a wide variety of striking techniques geared specifically for Mixed Martial Arts and self-defense. Whip your body into shape as you learn to punch, kick, knee, and elbow properly and accurately. No other workout offers the combination of intensity, fun, and stress relief that we do.

Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu & Wrestling
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art focused around grappling and ground fighting, specifically chokes and joint locks. It utilizes leverage and body mechanics to allow smaller individuals to dominate much larger, stronger opponents. Mixed with wrestling geared specifically for MMA, Titan offers a complete grappling system for self-defense and competition.


MMA
Mixed Martial Arts is the world’s fastest growing sport in both popularity and practice. But to be a fighter, you need to train like one. Titan offers the coaching experience as well as training partners for anyone interested in the sport. However, if you’re not inclined to fight, you can still do all the same drills and exercises without full contact. In fact, most of our members express no inclinations to fight. The choice is up to you!

Our Tiny Titans (3-5yrs) and Little Gladiators (6-12yrs) programs offer boys and girls martial arts in a fun, family friendly environment. Your kids will have fun and make friends while learning Kickboxing, Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu, and wrestling while building fitness, agility, speed, and strength. Our programs will equip your children with the confidence and skills for self-defense, as well as discipline, diligence, and respect for life both on and off the mat.
